摘 要:目的:推导适宜的单一的跑节省化(RE)负荷跑速,建立简单有效的RE测试方法。方法:区别于以往RE多点负荷测试方案,采用曲线拟合等方法,以63名新兵为实验对象,在跑台上按照负荷逐级递增的方式完成55%、60%、65%和70%VO2max时的RE测定,并测定适应期内受试者5km跑成绩;以5 km跑成绩为因变量,分别以上述4个RE相对值(R-RE)为自变量进行线性相关分析,并应用R2判定系数法判断RE与5 km跑成绩的线性关系,找出最佳线性模型;以5 km跑成绩作为效标,以R-RE与5 km跑成绩的4个相关系数r为基础进行曲线拟合,推导适宜的最佳RE负荷跑速。另外选择26名普通人对适宜的RE负荷跑速进行有效性检验。结果:11.5 km/h的跑速可作为我国18~23岁普通男性测定RE的适宜负荷,以R-RE(ml/kg/min)反映RE测试结果最适宜;有效性检验显示,以11.5 km/h的速度测定的RE结果有代表性。Objective This research aims to deduce optimum and single running economy (RE) speed,in order to establish a simple and effective RE test. Methods Sixty three male recruits were served as subjects in this study, they were running respectively at the intensities of 55% ,60% ,65% and 70%VO2max. The 5km running performance of the subjects in the adaptive period was also tested. The linear correlation analysis was done between 5km running performance (as dependent variable) and the four relative quantities of RE (R-RE)(as the independent variables), and the optimum linear model was judged according to the R2 coefficient. In addition,another 26 matched subjects were chosen to con-firmed the validity of the optimum running speed. Results It is concluded that 11.5 km/h running speed seems to be the optimum load of RE test for Chinese men aged 18-23 years.
