上海科技服务业用地特点与绩效分析

摘　　要：通过统计分析,发现上海市科技服务业用地具有下列主要特点:(1)科技企业孵化面积及单位面积孵化能力均在波动中趋于稳定;(2)国家级与非国家级科技企业孵化器的用地(用房)结构存在一定差异;(3)国家大学科技园孵化场地的用地(用房)结构总体欠合理。同时,对其用地产出绩效进行了评价与分析,提出了促进上海市科技服务业用地规模和结构优化及效益提升的对策建议,旨在为推动上海的"创新驱动与转型发展"提供参考依据。On the basis of statistical analysis, the main features of land use size and structure for scientific and technological services in Shanghai are summarized. At the same time, its output performances of land use are compared and analyzed, its advantages and disadvantages clarified. Finally, some suggestions for improving land use size and structure and enhancing its benefit are proposed.
