摘  要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对含钒微合金钢进行了温度范围为900~1 050℃,应变速率范围为0.1~10 s-1的单道次压缩试验,得到了试验钢的应力-应变曲线。采用回归分析法确定了双曲线本构方程中的材料常数,动态再结晶激活能和临界应变量与Z参数的关系。根据该试验钢发生动态再结晶的条件,建立了其动态再结晶图。Single -pass compressing tests were performed with the Gleeble -3800 thermo-mechanical simulator at the temperature of 900℃ to 1 050 ℃ and strain rate of 0. 1 s^-1 to 10 s^-1 to investigate the dynamic recrystallization behavior of a kind of vanadium- curve was obtained as a result. By the regression analysis the material parameters in the hyperbolic sine constitutive bearing microalloyed steel and the stress-strain of the stress-strain data obtained from the test, equation and the dynamic recrystallization activation energy, including the relationship between the critical strain and parameter Zener-Hollomon, were determined. Based on the conditions for the deformation, the dynamic recrystallization diagram of the tested steel was drawn.
