摘  要:采用熔融玻璃净化与循环过热相结合的方法,制备了过冷度分别为198 K和270 K的(Fe81Ga19)90B10合金,并对合金的组织和磁致伸缩性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着过冷度增加,合金的晶粒尺寸由50μm逐渐增大到100μm左右,晶界逐渐变细;(Fe81Ga19)90B10合金由于在低角度附近存在有序DO3相,导致其磁致伸缩值增加较小,由60×10-6增至80×10-6。在合金凝固过程中施加垂直磁场后晶粒尺寸变大,合金内部富B相及富Ga相的析出量增加,但磁致伸缩性能较加磁场前变化不大,达到85×10-6。(Fe81Ga19)90B10合金沿<110>方向具有一定的择优取向,因偏离<100>易磁化方向,磁致伸缩系数较低。Abstract: Using the method of glass fluxing and superheating cycling, (Fe81Ga19)90B10 alloys with the undercooling of 198K and 270K were prepared, respectively, and the microstructure and magnetostrictive properties of the alloys were researched. The results show that, with the increase of supercooling degree, the grain size of the alloys gradually increases to 100 μm from 50 μm and the grain boundary became thinner. Due to the presence of order DO3 phase at near low angle, the magnetostrictive value of the alloy has a smaller increase, from 60×10-6 to 80×10-6. The grain size became bigger and the precipitation amount of rich B phase and rich Ga phase increases after exerting a magnetic field perpendicular to the axial during solidification, the magnetostrictive value has a little change, reaching 85×10-6. The (Fe81Ga19)90B10 alloy has a certain preferred orientation along 〈110〉, but the magnetostrictive coefficient is low due to deviating from the easy magnetizing direction of〈100〉.
