摘  要:采用三点弯曲法测定4种不同钼粉压坯的抗弯强度,并观察样品的形貌,研究钼粉的粒度分布和颗粒形貌对钼粉压坯强度的影响。结果表明,通过调节二次还原工艺,可以有效地控制钼粉的粒度分布与形貌;在粉末费氏粒度相当的条件下,非单一粒度组成的粉末,粉体中细颗粒的含量越高,压坯强度越高。The bending strength of green compact made from four classes of molybdenum powder with different granularity was tested by three point bending method and the morphology of testing sample was observed. The effect of the morphology and granularity distribution of molybdenum powder on the strength of green compacts was studied. It is shown that the morphology and granularity distribution of molybdenum powder can be effectively controlled by adjusting two-reduction process. Under the condition of the same Fisher sub-sieve particle size, a powder consisting of non-single particle size, the higher the content of fine particles in the powder, the higher the intensity of the green compacts.
