摘 要:利用干压法制备多孔氧化铝基陶瓷型芯样品,研究了不同颗粒级配的电熔刚玉对样品性能的影响。结果表明,在样品成分为电熔刚玉90%和熔融石英玻璃粉10%的的条件下,当45μm的电熔刚玉占70%,18μm的电熔刚玉占30%时制备的样品综合性能最好。经1 500℃×2 h烧结后,线收缩率为1.7%,气孔率为36.6%,抗弯强度为59.8 MPa,体积密度为2.65 g/cm3。The specimens of porous alumina-based ceramic cores were prepared by dry pressing processes. The properties of the specimens with different particle gradation of corundum were investigated. The results show that, under the composition of the samples is made up of fused alumina of 90% and fused silica glass powder of 10%, if the particle gradation of corundum is 45 μm accounted for 70% and 18 μm for 30%, the ceramic core samples have the best properties. The linear shrinkage of the samples sintered at 1 500 ℃×2 h is 1.7%, the bending strength is 59.8 MPa, the porosity is 36.6% and the bulk-density is 2.65 g/cm3.
