摘　　要：2011年3月14日美国FDA批准钆布醇用于两岁以上儿童及成人的中枢神经系统磁共振成像。钆布醇能够检测和显示破坏的血脑屏障区域以及中枢神经系统不正常的血液循环和供给。其最常见的不良反应是恶心和呕吐等。本文对钆布醇的药理作用、药代动力学、临床评价、适应症和用法用量和安全性等进行介绍。The Food and Drug Administration of the U.S.approved gadobutrol used for the magnetic resonance imaging of the central nervous system in adults and children（2 years of age and older） on March 14,2011.Gadobutrol can detect and visualize areas with disrupted brain blood barrier and abnormal vascularity of central nervous system.The most common adverse events were nausea and vomit,etc.The pharmacology,pharmacokinetics,clinical evaluation,indication and usage,and the safety of gadobutrol were reviewed in this paper.
