摘　　要：图书馆联盟是利益创造机制、利益分配机制、利益协调机制和利益保障机制4个方面的有效实现形式,而这4个机制又构成了利益平衡机制的最核心内容,因此图书馆联盟是利益平衡机制的有效实现形式。ABSTRACT： The library association is an effective realization form for interests creating mechanism, interests distributing mechanism, interests coordinating mechanism and interests safeguarding mechanism, and these four mechanisms make up the most core contents of interests balancing mechanism, so, the library association is an effective realization form of interests balancing mechanism.
