摘　　要：在阐述高校图书馆读者规章制度建设原则的基础上,以湛江师范学院基础教育学院图书馆为例,详细介绍了读者规章制度的主要内容,探讨了读者规章制定和执行过程中应注意的问题。ABSTRACT： Based on expounding the principles for the construction of rules and regulations for readers in college library, and taking the library of Basic Education College under Zhanjiang normal University as an example, this paper introduces in detail the main contents of the rules and regulations for readers, and probes into some problems needing attention in the formulation and implementation of rules and regulations for readers.
