经皮髓核钳夹术联合三氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮髓核钳夹术联合三氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和安全性。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者62例随机分为A、B两组，每组31例。A组行椎间盘穿刺注射三氧治疗，B组行经皮髓核钳夹术联合三氧注射治疗。于术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月时分别对两组患者进行视觉模拟评分（VAS），并记录患者生活质量参数。结果与术前比较，两组患者术后VAS评分均降低，B组术后VAS评分明显低于A组；两组患者治疗后生活质量均得到改善，B组较A组患者术后情绪干扰参数、日常活动参数和睡眠干扰参数均明显降低，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经皮髓核钳夹术联合三氧注射是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of percutaneous nucleus pulposus clamp com bined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Sixty two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into group A and group B （n = 31） ： group A with ozone injection therapy, group B with percutaneous nucleus pulposus clamp combined with ozone injection. VAS and quality of life parameters were recorded before the operation and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after the operation. Results Compared with preoper ation, VAS were decreased after the operation in two groups, and postoperative VAS was signifi cantly lower in group B than that in group A （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ quality of life was improved significantly after the operation, and quality parameters were significantly lower in group B than those in group A （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous nucleus pulposus clamp combined with ozone injection is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
