摘　　要：鞍钢东鞍山烧结厂经改造采用酸性小球烧结生产,二烧车间改为高碱度烧结生产。三个月的试生产取得了初步成效,烧结矿质量提高,固体燃耗降低。高炉使用35％的酸性小球烧结矿和65％的高碱度烧结矿后,取得了增产节焦、提高质量、稳定顺行的效果。The production of acid pellet sinter and sinter with high basicity at Anshan Iron & Steel Co. is introduced. Three months' test production shows that the technology has such advantages as improving the quality of sinter and lowering solid fuel. The application of 35% acid pellet sinter and 65% sinter with high basicity to blast furnaces has effects of high hot metal product, low coke consumption,good quality iron and BF's smoothness.
