摘　　要：中央银行信贷政策根本目的在于调整产业和经济结构,以促进经济的长期增长。本文从信贷政策目标、目标实现的衡量标准入手,对信贷政策进行新的研究和探讨,在此基础上提出完善信贷政策的建议。The central banks' credit policy aims to adjust industrial and economic structure so as to promise a long-term growth of economy.Starting from the aims of credit policy and the ways their realization,the thesis finds a new way and research on the policy.On this basis,it makes suggestions on how to enhance credit policy system.
