摘　　要：通过对武汉钢铁公司 5号高炉TRT机组叶片故障诊断 ,分析了故障的原因 ,指出积灰、冲蚀磨损、气流脱流和堵塞相互影响、相互作用是机组故障的主要原因。提出了排除机组故障的方案 。Through diagnosing the malfunction of WISCO 5 # blast furnace TRT device,the article analyzed and found out main reasons including dust accumulating,wearing of erosion,interaction of flow deviating and obstructing.The article also put forward the method to solve the trouble of device and good effects were made in practice.
