摘　　要：城市文化软实力是国家文化软实力的重要组成部分。在城市转型过程中,城市文化软实力的强弱已经成为衡量城市综合竞争力高低和城市发展质量优劣的重要指标,是决定城市经济、社会可持续发展的制高点。当前,作为革命老区的临沂,经济社会发展正处于关键时期,迫切需要从城市精神、城市文化定位、城市文化形象、城市文化品牌、城市文化传播等方面进一步提升文化软实力,形成与全市经济社会向科学发展转型相适应的文化条件、文化环境和文化动力,为推动临沂经济社会又好又快发展提供源源不绝的精神动力和智力支持。The cultural soft power of a city is a main part of a national cultural soft power.In the transition process of a city,the strength of cultural soft power has become a main index in evaluating the comprehensive competition and development quality of a city,and the summit of deciding its economy and social sustainable development.Currently,as a old revolutionary area,the economy and social development of Linyi is on its critical period,it is urgent to upgrade its cultural soft power in city spirit,culture orientation,culture brand and culture communication,so as to cultivate a spirit energy and intellectual support which can match the cultural conditions,environment and dynamics for the scientific development of Linyi.
