摘 要:通过分析南五味子5个产区土壤理化性质、土壤与药材中无机元素的含量,探讨了土壤理化性质及无机元素对道地药材南五味子有效成分的影响。结果表明:南五味子生长的5个产区土壤pH值在6.55~7.25,土壤有机质、全氮含量变化最大,变异系数分别为98.18%、93.58%;土壤pH值、全钾含量变化最小,变异系数分别为4.14%、16.60%。南五味子样品中五味子酯甲含量平均为0.33%,但五味子酯甲含量变化较大,变异系数为33.21%。相关性分析表明,土壤中Mn与南五味子酯甲含量相关性显著,说明Mn对南五味子酯甲的形成和积累有一定影响,其他土壤理化性质与五味子酯甲含量之间、土壤与南五味子中无机元素含量之间未呈现显著相关,即南五味子对土壤肥力要求不严格,适应环境能力较强。Based on the analysis of soil physicochemical properties,inorganic elements content of medici- nal materials and soil in 5 different manufacturing locations,the paper is to discuss the effect that the soil physicochemical properties and inorganic elements make on the active ingredient of typical Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. The result shows that S. sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. is suitable to grow in neutral soil whose pH value is 6. 55--7.25. The soil organic matter and total nitrogen contents change greatly with variation coefficients of 98. 18% and 93. 58%. The soil pH value and total potassium content change slightly with variation coefficients of 4. 14% and 16.60%. The average schisantherin A content in the sample is 0.33%, but its variation is relatively great with variation coefficient of 33.21%. Correlation analysis shows that there is significant relevance between soil Mn and schisantherin A,wh^ch means that Mn in the soil makes larger effect on formation and accumulation of schisantherin A. There is no obvious relevance between other soil physicochemical properties and schisantherin A,and nor between soil and in- organic elements content in S. sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. Hence, S. sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils. has no strict requirement for soil fertility and has strong ability to adapt to the environment.
