摘 要:在中风化泥质砂岩层地基施工过程中,采用井点群井降水与明沟排水结合的方法可满足施工降水要求,避免降水井进入基底以下的钻井,降低了施工成本,加快了施工进度。采用切割机配合人工清槽的方式,减少了人工投入量,提高了工作效率。通过荷载试验验证了中风化泥质砂岩层承载力满足超高层建筑设计的承载力要求,可采用箱形基础加天然地基持力层的结构形式,不仅避免了桩基或其他基础形式存在不均匀沉降的风险,而且降低了基础施工造价,可为类似工程提供借鉴。Combination of group well point dewatering and open drainage could satisfy dewatering requirements during foundation construction in medium weathered argillaceous sandstone stratum and could successfully prevent dewatering well from entering wells below the foundation bottom, so construction cost is reduced and construction schedule is shortened. Cooperation between cutting machine and artificial gutter cleaning obviously reduces labor force investment and improves working efficiency. It is proved through loading test that the bearing capacity of medium weathered argillaceous sandstone stratum could satisfy the design bearing capacity of super-high building and that the structure form of box foundation plus natural foundation supporting stratum could not only avoid differential settlement risk of pile foundation or other foundation forms, but also obviously reduce the foundation construction cost. Valuable references are provided for similar projects.
