摘  要:连铸和模铸轴承钢的低倍组织相似 ;连铸轴承钢的纯洁度优于模铸轴承钢 ;连铸工艺生产的Φ35mm和Φ5 0mm轴承钢材的接触疲劳寿命L10 分别是相同规格的模铸材的 1 .30倍以上和 1 .87倍以上。The test results of metallurgical quality and contact fatigue life of bearing steel products produced by concasting billet and ingot indicate that the macro structure of product produced by concasting is similar to that produced by ingot, the cleanliness of concasting steel is better than that of ingot casting steel, and the contact fatigue life L 10 of the 35mm round steel produced by concasting is over 1.3 times as long as that produced by ingot and of the 50mm round steel is over 1.87 times.
