摘 要:主要统计了首钢A、B两座高炉不同煤比时理论燃烧温度的控制范围;分析了理论燃烧温度与铁水温度和铁水中硅含量的关系,并分析得出理论燃烧温度不能完全表征炉缸热状态,理论燃烧温度高时铁水温度和铁水硅含量不一定很高,用铁水温度来表征炉缸热状态可能更合适。另外,认为理论燃烧温度作为高炉调剂的一个主要参数意义不大,没有必要将其作为高炉日常操作调剂的一个主要指标。The control range of theoretical flame temperature of Shougang two blast furnace A and B was summarized, on which the relationship of theoretical flame temperature with hot metal temperature and with silicon content were analyzed. The analytical results have shown theoretical flame temperature can not reflect the hearth thermal state completely, the hot metal temperature and silicon content may not be high while theoretical flame temperature was high, therefore the blast furnace hearth thermal state is likely to indicated by hot metal temperature more appropriately. It is considered that not necessary to make theoretical flame temperature as a main index to adjust blast furnace operation.
