山西省公安机关“阳光行动”测评的基本问题

摘　　要："阳光行动"的测评是针对全省公安机关开展的"阳光行动"而设计的,具有测评对象全面性、测评内容明确性的特点;"阳光行动"的测评是"阳光行动"开展的基础工作、重要手段,可以提升"阳光行动"的长期效应;"阳光行动"测评标准的设计是本项工作的中心和纽带,测评标准设计是否客观、科学,决定着"阳光行动"测评工作的成败,以及能否实现通过"阳光行动"的测评推动"阳光行动"开展的目的,所以测评标准设计应当科学化,必须与"阳光行动"物化连接,需正确认识"阳光行动"测评标准与公务员考核标准的关系。The evaluation on the ＂Sunny Action＂ is designed for the ＂Sunny Action＂ organized by Shanxi public security organ, which is special in complete objects and clear evaluating contents. The evaluation on the ＂Sunny Action＂ is the basic work and impor- tant way of carrying out the ＂Sunny Action＂, which could promote the long term effect of the ＂Sunny Action＂. The design on the evalua-tion standards for the ＂Sunny Action＂ is the core and the tie of the work. Whether the design on the evaluation standards is objective and scientific decides the whether the ＂Sunny Action＂ is successful or not and whether we could achieve the aim of promoting the ＂Sunny Action＂ through the evaluation on the ＂Sunny Action＂. So the design on evaluation standards should be scientific and be linked materially with the ＂Sunny Action＂. The relation of evaluation standards for the ＂Sunny Action＂ and evaluation standards for civil serv- ant should be realized correctly.
