戚继光在台州

摘　　要：戚继光于嘉靖三十四年南调浙江,嘉靖三十八年任台金严参将,三十九年率领戚家军转战浙东南,次年经九战九捷,取得台州大捷,基本平息了浙江倭患,并著成《纪效新书》。台州人民树碑建祠,永远感怀"威名震寰宇"的一代名将。Qi Jiguang was transferred to a post in Zhejiang in the 34＇h year of the reign of Emperor Jia-jing （AD 1522--1566） in the Ming Dynasty （AD 1368--1644） ,and 4 years later was promoted to the post of the canjiang of Taizhou,jinhua and Yanzhou. In the next year, he led his army on a battle tour in the southeast of Zhejiang and one year later won a series of victories in Taizhou, thus putting an end to the scourge caused by Japanese pirates. Qi Jiguang also wrote a book called Jixiaoxinshu. Local people put up a tablet as well as a temple in memory of this famous general.
