摘　　要：通过审稿专家资料的搜集,在全国高职高专学报范围内,形成一个数据量较大、较实用、方便的审稿专家数据库,运用计算机数据库,实现科技期刊编辑部的审稿专家动态管理,进一步推动审稿流程的信息化管理。Through the collection of draft-examining expert data,the article suggests forming a big,practical and convenient expert pool within the scope of academic journals nationwide.Through computer database,the academic journals can realize the dynamic management of draft-examining experts,and further promote the computerized management of draft-examining flow.
