摘　　要：建立了一个能源-经济-环境系统综合发展评价指标体系,并运用主成分聚类分析方法对河南省18个地市的能源、经济、环境(3E)系统进行了研究.结果表明:河南省各地市3E系统存在着较大的不协调,可分为规模主导型、资源匮乏型和资源主导型3类.最后提出了促进能源、经济、环境系统协调发展的对策和建议.This article establishes a comprehensive development index system of energy-economy-environ- ment, and studies the 18 cities analysis. The results show tha ed the 18 cities into scale leadi puts f nated orward countermeasures development. ＇ 3E system in henan province through principal component analysis and cluster t 3E system of each city in henan province exists in lager discordance, and divid- ng type, resource scarcity type and resources leading type.
