多措并举化解大学毕业生就业难题

摘　　要：近年来,我国大学毕业生的就业难问题比较突出,引起社会广泛关注。大学毕业生就业是"关系千家万户的切身利益,关系国家现代化建设和社会和谐稳定"的综合性问题。本文从国家产业结构调整与就业政策制度、高等教育、社会用人单位、国际大环境以及大学毕业生自身等方面分析其对大学毕业生就业的影响,努力找到并逐步完善促进大学毕业生就业创业的对策。The university student graduate employment is ＂the relational everyone＇s vital interest, the relational country modernization and the society harmonious stable＂ comprehensive question.This paper from the country industrial structure adjustment and the employment paliey system, the higher education, the society employer, the international maeroenvironment as well as the university graduate own and so on the aspects analyzes it the influence which gets employed to the university graduate, diligently found and gradually consummates the countermeasure which the promotion university graduate gets employed.
