摘　　要：A,M,X为n阶矩阵,M可逆,当A为由M确定的拟次Hermite矩阵时,讨论复数域上矩阵方程X*AX=A的求解问题.给出了解的表达式,其中X*=M-1 XS珚M,XS珚为X的共轭次转置矩阵.A,M,X is n by n matrix, M is reversible ,When A is quasisub-Hermite matrix by M , This paper considers the solution of a matrix equation X AX =A in complex number field, and gives the general expression of the solutions, where X= M-1XsM, Xs is conjugate subtransposed matrix of X.
