摘　　要：本文应用多元统计分析中的聚类分析法和因子分析法对师范生教育实习成绩进行评价.通过聚类分析对实习生的成绩进行分类处理.利用因子分析将原来的多个评价指标降维为少数公因子,得到综合评价函数.该方法克服了人为主观因素及指标间相关性的影响,因而更为客观准确,为教育实习成绩评价提供科学的依据.In this paper the application of multivariate statistical analysis of cluster analysis and factor analysis to evaluate normal education practice result by clustering analysis to intern result classification processing. Utilization factor analysis will be more than the original evaluation index dimensionality reduction for a few common factor, get comprehensive evaluation function. This method overcame the subjective factors and correlativity of the evaluation indexes, thus is more objective and accurate, for education practice and provide scientific basis for performance appraisal.
