摘  要:针对平班电厂发生的低频振荡问题,通过对平班电厂机组励磁调节器进行负载阶跃扰动试验和在不同频段正弦波强迫振荡现场试验,确认低频振荡的原因是励磁调节器内部参数设置错误。进一步分析和RTDS闭环仿真测试后,发现该电厂机组励磁调节器的电力系统稳定器(PSS)系统还存在PSS输入的转速环节计算不准确的隐患。进行相应的整改后,现场试验确认改进后的效果良好。According to the low frequency oscillation problem in Pingban power plant,the load step disturbance test and the forced oscillations test under different frequency sine wave to the excitation regulator of the power plant have been made. It is found that the wrong parameter setting is the reason of low frequency oscillation. By the further analysis and closed-loop simulation on RTDS, the hidden trouble of inaccurate calculation in the speed element of PSS input was found in the PSS system of excitation regulator. Modifications were proposed, which's effectiveness has been confirmed by field tests.
