摘　　要：通过CAN总线将分布在1km轧线上轧制力、带钢宽度 ,入口、出口温度等信号采集上来。由两台操作站进行信息综合处理 ,两台操作站实现冗余操作 ,对轧线轧制力分布状态和变送器运行状态进行分析和故障报警处理。By means of CAN field bus , the system collects the signals distributed along 1 km rolling line such as rolling force,strip steel width ,entry and outlet strip steel temperature etc. The two redundant working stations process the synthetic information, The paper analyzes the distributed states of rolling forces and running states of transducer, and gives their fault diagnostic results.
