摘　　要：高校国防生作为我军培养干部队伍的新生力量,是国家军队未来的栋梁之才,其思想状况如何直接关系到军队现代化建设。研究分析其负态效应的表现,探索有效的对策,努力克服负效现状,对于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略、培育高素质军事人才具有重要的意义。The university national defense students as our army cadre troop training new forces,is the national army future the pillars of society,its thought condition is directly related to the military modernization construction.The analysis of the negative state effect performance,explores the effective countermeasures,try to overcome negative effect present situation,for the full implementation of development through science and education and talent strategy,cultivating high-quality military personnel have important significance.
