摘　　要：新世纪以来,丽水摄影在数字化浪潮的裹挟和丽水市政府主办的中国.丽水国际摄影文化节的推动下,呈现出与上世纪不同的发展特点:摄影节活动方式走向国际化;摄影理论研究有了突破;摄影创作价值取向多元化初步形成;摄影创作系列化基本成形;图片传播渠道多样化。In the new century, Lishui photography have been displaying new developing features under the influence of digital wave and propelled by Lishui International Photographic Cultural Festivals sponsored by the local government of Lishui City. The features include： internationalization of the activities of the festival; new breakthroughs in photography theories, multiple value orientations in artistic creation; seriation of creation; and diversification of the media for works created.
