高炉内衬喷补技术在鞍钢的应用

摘　　要：鞍钢炼铁厂现有 10座高炉。自 1993年起 ,采用炉衬遥控喷补技术先后对 9号、7号、11号、10号、6号、2号高炉进行了炉衬喷补 ,对快速修补破损的炉衬 ,恢复完整的操作炉形起到了巨大的作用。介绍了鞍钢炼铁厂应用炉衬遥控喷补技术的情况。AISC Ironmaking Plant has now 10 BFs. Since 1993, No.9,7,11,10,6,2 BFs have been gunned through adopting remote control gunning technology successively, which plays an important role in quick repairing worn lining and resuming complete profile of the furnace. This paper describes how the remote control gunning technology was used in AISC Ironmaking Plant.
