摘  要:阐述了飞秒激光双光束干涉制备ZnO晶体表面二维纳米复合周期结构。该结构由双光束干涉强度花样决定的长周期结构及飞秒激光诱导的短周期纳米条纹结构两部分组成。根据干涉周期Λ与双光束夹角2θ的关系Λ=λ/(2sinθ),改变两光束间的夹角2θ,制备得到了不同周期的规则二维纳米复合结构,这在紫外光子晶体制备、纳米结构制备以及高密度光存储上都具有潜在的应用价值。We report the fabrication of two-dimensional complex periodic nanostructures on ZnO surface by interference of two femtosecond laser beams. The complex nanostructures are composed of two parts: long-periodic structures determined by the intensity patterns of two-beam interference and short-periodic nanoripples induced by femtosecond laser pulses. According to the relationship between the interference periods (A) and the convergence angles of two laser beams (20), several types of two-dimensional regular complex periodic nanostructures with different pe- riods are fabricated by adjusting the convergence angle (20) of two laser beams. This method has potential applications in the fabrication of ultraviolet photonic crystal, nanofabrication and large- density optical storage.
