摘　　要：以Martin和White的评价理论为具体分析工具,以系统功能语法中的语境理论为依托,以美国总统奥巴马在2011年10月20号就利比亚前领导人卡扎菲身亡一事发表的讲话为具体语料,以"建设性"为目标对奥巴马讲话进行积极性话语分析,揭示了讲话中的积极成分,以"积极"的视角促进社会和谐,展示其有利于人类和平及世界和谐发展的一面。Within Martin and White＇ s framework of appraisal theory, especially based on the context theory in Halli- day＇ s systemic-functional grammar, the paper attempts to make the positive discourse analysis （PDA） of Obama＇ s speech entitled Remarks by the President on the Death of Muammar Qaddafi on October 20th ,2011 ,from the con- struetive perspective, aiming to reveal the positive aspects of the speech, and to find out the favorable side of develo- ping the world peace and the social harmony.
