摘　　要：总结50例髋关节、膝关节置换术后病人下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防及护理措施,强调应做好术前评估、健康教育,加强术中护理以及术后体位护理、功能锻炼、DVT的观察与护理、疼痛的护理、抗凝药物的应用与观察、饮食护理、心理护理、已确诊为DVT的护理、出院指导等。It summarized the prevention and nursing measures of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis（DVT） in 50 cases of patients after undergoing hip and knee replacement patients,and stressed the importance of good preoperative assessment,health education,and emphasized on preoperative evaluation and health education,strengthening the intraoperative care and postoperative postural care,functional exercise,DVT observation and care,pain care,application and observation of anticoagulation drug,diet care,psychological care,diagnosed DVT care and discharge instructions.
