创业活动与经济增长的动态关系——基于广西1990～2010年数据的实证检验

摘　　要：运用VAR模型对广西创业和经济增长的关系进行实证研究,结果表明:两者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;创业是经济增长的Granger原因,而经济增长却不是创业增长变化的Granger原因;从长期看,创业与经济增长之间有持续的双向促进效应,但创业对经济增长的促进效应大于经济增长对创业的促进效应.因此,在制定相关政策时,应采用长期政策而非短期政策,加大对创业的支持力度,制定相关优惠的税收和投资政策鼓励和激励更多人进行自主创业,并通过有效措施促进创业经济的发展.The article applies the VAR model to analysis the relationship between Guangxi entrepreneurial activities and economic growth. The results show that： it has long-term equilibrium relationship between entrepreneurial activities and economic growth;entrepreneurial activities is Granger reason of economic growth, but economic growth is not Granger reason of entrepreneurial activities. In the long term, it has bidirectional stimulation effects, but stimulation effects of entrepreneurial activities to economic growth beyond economic growth to entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, when making policies, we should adopt the long policies, not short policies. At same time, government should increase the support to entrepreneurial activities , making preferential tax policies and invest policies to encourage more people to establish new business, boosting enterpreneurial economy＇s development by effective measures.
