摘 要:目的了解高压电烧伤对大鼠血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)及微血管功能的影响及己酮可可碱(PTX)对其的干预作用。方法将180只清洁级SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组、电伤组和治疗组,每组60只,再按6个检测时相分为6个小组,每小组10只。电伤组和治疗组均用调压器及实验变压器制成高压电烧伤模型;对照组大鼠接相同装置但不通电,致假伤。于大鼠伤前15min及伤后5min、1h、2h、4h、8h测量肠系膜微动脉、微静脉直径,心脏抽血用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清Ang-Ⅱ含量。结果 (1)Ang-Ⅱ含量:电伤组大鼠伤后1~8h血清Ang-Ⅱ含量比伤前15min明显升高(P<0.05),呈逐渐升高趋势,至伤后4h达最高,为(8.39±3.29)ng/ml,伤后8h下降,为(6.78±1.79)ng/ml,仍高于伤前15min(P<0.05);治疗组伤后各时相血清Ang-Ⅱ含量均高于对照组和治疗组伤前15min(P<0.05),伤后5min为(4.40±1.43)ng/ml,高于电伤组(P<0.05),伤后1h、4h分别为(4.09±1.62)、(5.00±1.88)ng/ml,均低于电伤组(P<0.05)。(2)微动脉直径:电伤组大鼠伤后5min、2h、4h、8h微动脉直径比伤前15min缩小(P<0.05),以伤后5min最明显,为(5.6±2.2)μm;治疗组伤后2h、4h、8h微动脉直径均大于电伤组(P<0.05)。(3)微静脉直径:电伤组大鼠伤后5min、2h、4h、8h微静脉直径比伤前15min缩小(P<0.05),以伤后5min最明显,为(16.3±5.4)μm,伤后各时相均小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组伤后4h、8h微静脉直径大于电伤组(P<0.05)。结论高压电烧伤可引起大鼠血清Ang-Ⅱ含量升高及微动脉、微静脉收缩;PTX可降低高压电烧伤后血清Ang-Ⅱ含量和扩张肠系膜微动脉及微静脉。Objective To observe the influence of high-voltage electricity on rats’ angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ), capillary function and to explore the therapeutic effects of pentoxifylline(PTX). Methods One hundred eighty SD rats were divided into control group, electrical burn group and treatment group in a simple random method, with sixty rabbits in each group,and each group was divided into six phases. Rabbit models of high-voltage electrical burn (HEB) both in electrical burn group and treatment group were reproduced with voltage regulator and transformer, while the control group withact electric shock. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to check out three groups Ang-Ⅱat 15 minutes before HEB,5 minutes,1 hour,2 hours,4 hours,8 hours after HEB, and measure the diameter of mesentery arteriole and veinule. Results (1) The Ang-Ⅱ values increased at 1 hour, 2 hours,4 hours,8 hours after HEB in electrical burn group(P0.05), compared with that before HEB,and increased gradually after HEB, the peak value being(8.39±3.29)ng/ml at 4 hours after HEB, decreased at 8 hours after HEB and the value was (6.78±1.79)ng/ml,which was bigger than that before HEB(P0.05). The Ang-Ⅱ values of treatment group were smaller than electrical burn group after HEB(P0.05),and the Ang-Ⅱ values of treatment group at each phase were bigger than control group and before HEB(P0.05), the value at 5 minutes after HEB was bigger than electrical group(P0.05), which was (4.40±1.43)ng/ml. The values at 1 hour, 4 hours after HEB were respectively(4.09±1.62),(5.00±1.88)ng/ml, which were smaller than electrical burn group. (2) The arteriole diameter of electrical burn group was smaller than before HEB at 5 minutes, 2 hours,4 hours,8 hours after HEB(P0.05),the peak value being (5.6±2.2)μm at 5 minutes after HEB. The arteriole diameter of treatment group was bigger than electrical burn group at 2 hours,4 hours,8 hours after HEB(P0.05). (3)The veinule diameter
