大学生孤独感与校园压力、应对方式的关系

摘　　要：目的研究大学生孤独感与校园压力、应对方式间的关系。方法运用UCLA孤独感量表,李虹、梅锦荣编制的大学生校园压力量表,肖计划改编的应对方式问卷对河南科技学院、新乡医学院、郑州大学、郑州高等商业专科学校的470名大学生进行调查并进行分析。结果中孤独组和高孤独组的人数已经占到总人数的66.29%,大学生孤独感与校园总压力以及校园压力的各个分量表均呈极显著的正相关,与应对方式量表的解决问题、求助分量表呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避、合理化分量表呈显著正相关。结论大学生的总体孤独感程度较深,不同年级大学生的孤独感程度不同;大学生孤独感与校园压力、应对方式关系密切。Objective：To study the relationship between loneliness, campus pressure and coping style in univer sity students. Methods： 470 university students of Henan Institute of Science and Technology,Xinxiang Medical U niversity ,Zhengzhou University and Zhengzhou higher commercial school were investigated using UCLA loneliness scale, campus pressure scale and coping style questionnaire compiled by Li Hong and Mei Jinrong. Results：In lone liness scale ,the number in the middle group and the higher group has accounted for 66.29% of the total number. It is positive correlation to loneliness and campus total pressure and each subscale campus pressure, and it is nega- tive correlation to loneliness and coping style scale problem solving, helping subscales showed a significant negative correlation （ P 〈 O. O1 ）, it is positive correlation to loneliness and self-accusation, fantasy, backoff, rationalization. Conclusion：The students＇ loneliness is more deeply ,the loneliness is different in different degrees; There is a close relationship between the loneliness of university students and campus pressure and coping styles.
