摘　　要：基于复杂网络理论,提取信息化作战体系中的核心作战活动,提出一个基于作战环的作战体系网络效能指标,建立作战装备体系能力评估模型,为作战体系评估优化和武器装备发展提供一个新的思路。based on the complex network theory, the core operation activities carried out by the information combat system were extracted. Thus, the effectiveness index system of weapon system of systems （WSoS） was proposed base on the Operation Loop concept. In addition, a capability assessment model of operation equipment system of systems was built, which provides a new method for the optimization of system of systems assessment and the programming of weapon equipment development.
