摘　　要：近来阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抵抗受到越来越多的关注,抵抗发生的机制及检测方法复杂。其发生的机制可能与药物的剂量、依从性、基因多态性等有关。明确抵抗发生的机制将使冠状动脉疾病患者获益。目前对阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抵抗的机制还缺乏统一的认识。现就影响阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抵抗基因多态性的研究进行综述。Mechanism of aspirin and clopidogrel resistance is drawing more and more attention in recent years.The occurrence mechanism and test methods are complex,which may be related to the dose,drug compliance,gene polymorphism and so on.Expounding the mechanism will benefit the patients with coronary artery disease.However so far there isn′t a unified understanding about the resistance mechanism.Here is to make a review on the gene polymorphism which may affect the aspirin and clopidogrel resistance.
