血压变异性对靶器官损害的影响探讨

摘　　要：血压变异性是指一定时间内血压波动的程度,是外界刺激因素与心血管调节机制相互作用的结果。病理性变异表现为昼夜血压规律改变(非杓型、反杓型、超杓型)、晨峰血压升高及阵发性高血压等,血压变异性是独立于血压平均值之外的脑卒中和冠状动脉事件风险强预测因子,血压变异性异常最主要损伤血管内皮系统,从而造成左心室肥厚、心源性猝死、急性心肌梗死、脑卒中、肾功能减退等靶器官损害。Blood pressure variability means a spontaneous variation in a specified time,which is thought to be a result from an interaction between outside factors and regulation of cardiovascular system.Pathological variability may manifest as the blood pressure diurnal rhythm（non-dippers,reverse-dippers,over-dippers）,morning blood pressure surge and paroxysmal rise in blood pressure.It is a strong predictor of the risk of cardiac events and cerebral apoplexyas independent from mean blood pressure.The abnormal variability mainly injures the vascular endothelial system.The target organs are damaged as a consequence such as left ventricular hypertrophy,sudden cardiac death,acute myocardial infarction,cerebral apoplexy and kidney failure.
