摘　　要：综合的物理康复治疗自颅脑损伤后早期开始,贯穿于急性期、并发症期和恢复期的全过程。对于降低颅脑损伤患者的致死率及致残率至关重要。目前国内外常用的神经功能康复治疗措施包括氧疗、电生理治疗、磁疗、光动力治疗、超声治疗、机械锻炼、针灸治疗等。通过对各种方法的理论基础、适应证以及应用进展的综合介绍,帮助临床医师制订个体化诊疗方案,以取得最佳的康复治疗效果。Combined rehabilitation physiotherapy should be executed immediately in the early stage after injury and throughout the whole procedure including acute stage,complication stage and convalescent stage.It is very important for reducing morbidity and mortality of craniocerebral injury patient.Domesticly and abroad,the usual methods of rehabilitation physiatrics currently include oxygen therapy,electrophysiologic therapy,magnetic therapy,photodynamic therapy,ultrasonic therapy,passive motion therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy etc..The theoretical basis,indication and application progress are generally introduced,which might be helpful for clinicians to make individualized treatment plans for patients to get optimal rehabilitative therapeutic effect.
