摘　　要：大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术方法经历了近40年的发展,从最初的近似人的复杂手术方法,逐步经历了单袖套法、二袖套法、三袖套法和改良二袖套法等多种方法。不同的手术方法对大鼠肝移植的成功率和移植后的成活率影响较大。目前对手术方法的选择存在许多争议,现通过系统地描述大鼠原位肝移植模型手术方法的发展过程,总结近年来手术方法的研究进展及存在的问题,为选择恰当的手术方法提供参考。Rat orthotopic liver transplantation model surgery has developed nearly 40 years,from the initial complex surgical techniques approximate to human surgery,to single-cuff,two-cuff,three-cuff and improved two-cuff technique and other methods.Selection of different surgical methods impacts greatly on the success rate and survival rate after transplantation in rats,where great controversy still exists.Therefore,here is to make a systematic review on the development of the surgical methods development and summarize progress and the existing problems in recent years to provide references for surgery method selection.
