中医辨证施治促进结核性肛周脓肿术后创面愈合30例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证施治促进结核性肛周脓肿术后创面的修复情况。方法将60例结核性肛周脓肿术后患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组仅给予单纯口服抗结核药物及创面换药处理,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用中医辨证分型治疗及中药颗粒坐浴熏洗创面。2个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效及药物不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间、呕吐及贫血发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗结核性肛周脓肿安全可靠,能够减少抗结核药的不良反应,增强机体免疫功能,从而促进创面愈合,缩短疗程,提高疗效,预防复发。Objective To discuss the situation of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to promote tuberculous perianal abscess postoperative wound repair.Methods 60 cases of postoperative tuberculous perianal abscess were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group（30 cases）and treatment group（30 cases）by a random number table,the control group was only given simple oral anti-tuberculosis drugs and dressing of wound treatment,while the treatment was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment and traditional Chinese medicine granule bath fumigation and wash of the wound.After 2 months the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse drug reaction of the control group and treatment group were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Wound healing,vomiting and anemia incidence of the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of tuberculous perianal abscess is safe and reliable,can reduce the toxic side effects of antituberculous drugs,enhance immune function,thus to promote wound healing,shorten the course of treatment,improve the efficacy,and prevent the relapse.
