卵巢黄体破裂35例超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对卵巢黄体破裂的超声诊断价值。方法对手术病理证实的35例卵巢黄体破裂声像图进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断黄体破裂35例,正确30例,诊断符合率85.7%,误诊5例,误诊率14.3%,超声对卵巢黄体破裂有肯定价值。结论卵巢黄体破裂的声像图具有特征性表现,结合病史,能有效提高卵巢黄体破残裂超声诊断的准确性。Objective To discuss the diagnosis value supersonic of ultrosongraphy to ovarian corpus luteum ruptrue. Methods Thirty five cases with ovarian corpus luteum rupture, which was confirmed by pathology after the surgery, were analyzed retrospeclivly of images. Results Thirty case ovarian corpus luteum ruptuer were correctly deteeted by ultrasound （85.7%）, 5 cases were misdiagnosed（14.3%）, Supersonic has certain value to the ovarian corpus luteum ruptuer. Conclusion The acoustic image of chart has the ovarian corpus lateum rupture the characteristic value performance, combining with the history, it can effectively improve the residual crack ovarian corpus luteum ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy.
