摘  要:采用自蔓延高温合成离心技术 ,制备了陶瓷内衬复合球墨铸铁管 ,研究了自蔓延高温合成过程对球墨铸铁组织、性能的影响。结果表明 :复合管由陶瓷层 /珠光体过度层 /铸铁层组成 ,铸铁层又由白口层 /扩散层 /原始球墨铸铁基体组成 ;自蔓延高温合成显著提高球墨铸铁管的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能 ;燃烧合成过程对球墨铸铁管的外层组织基本上没有影响 。The ceramic lined nodular cast iron was fabricated by the SHS centrifugal thermit process. The influence of combustion synthetic process on microstructure and properties of nodular cast ison was investigated. The results showed that the composite pipe is composed of ceramic layer, pearlite transition layer and cast iron layer with white iron layer, heat diffusion zone and matrix of base nodular cast iron. The resistance to wear and corrosion of nodular cast iron pipe was increased remarkably by SHS. Combustion synthetic process almost has no effect on outer layer structure of nodular cast iron with the good properties of toughness and erosion resistance of nodular cast iron to be reserved.
