摘　　要：针对卡介苗接种潜在危险因素,提出防范措施,做到安全防范,防患于未然。通过疫苗的储运,实施接种过程中、接种前、接种后等各个环节的分析,发现进行卡介苗接种的潜在危险因素,就此提出如何加强疫苗储运管理,严格掌握技术操作规程,不断技术创新,做好健康教育工作,降低风险,提高接种工作的质量,真正做到安全接种。Through the analysis of potential risk factors of BCG vaccination, security and preventive measures. Vaccine storage and transportation, the implementation of the vaccination process, before inoculation, after inoculation in variousaspects of the analysis, we found potential risk factor for BCG vaccination, and to propose ways to strengthen the vaccine storage and transportation management, strictly control the technical operation, continuous technological innovation, do health education, reduce risk and improve the quality of vaccination, truly safe vaccination.
