高温处理对轴棒法编织碳/碳复合材料热性能的影响

摘  要:采用沥青液相浸渍-碳化法制备了轴棒法编织碳/碳(C/C)复合材料,并选择900℃、1500℃、2500℃三种温度对轴棒法编织C/C复合材料进行了高温处理,研究了高温处理对材料热膨胀系数及导热系数的影响。结果表明:随着高温处理温度的升高,轴棒法编织C/C复合材料的开孔率增大,内部裂纹增多并扩展,导致材料的热膨胀系数总体上呈现降低的趋势;另外,随高温处理温度的升高,材料晶体有序程度增加,从而使声子的平均自由程增加,导致材料的导热系数增大。Mix weaves with axial carbon rod carbon/carbon composites were fabricated by the means of pitch impregnation and carbonization. The effects of different heat treatment temperature(900℃, 1500℃, 2500℃) on the thermal expansion and thermal conductivity of mix weaves with axial carbon rod carbon/carbon composites were inves- tigated. The results show that with the increase of the treatment temperature, thermal expansion of mix weaves with axial carbon rod carbon/carbon composites decrease due to the increase of the open porosity and matrix cracks. Other- wise, with the increase of the treatment temperature, the degree of crystallization increases, the phonon mean free path increases, which leads to the enhancement of the thermal conductivity of mix weaves with axial carbon rod carbon/carbon composites.
