摘  要:通过对多向编织C/C复合材料微结构的表征,研究了其多尺度的结构特征,并对各方向纤维束以及三向缎布穿刺等三维C/C编织复合材料微观组织结构进行设计,创建不同编织材料微结构的"重复性单元块"(RUC)的有限元模型。对构造的材料微结构进行了强度、热应力的分析,预测其不同方向的弹性模量、热膨胀系数以及温度对热膨胀系数的影响等,为通过数值分析方法研究C/C编织复合材料的力学性能提供了重要手段。Multi-directional weave C/C composite micro-structure was characterized, and its multi-scale struc- tural features were further investigated. The geometrical model of different directional fibre bundles and C/C compo- site micro-structure were designed, the FE models of the repeating unit cell (RUC) of material micro-structure were created, the strength and coupled thermal mechanics analysis were carried out. Based on these FE models, we can pre- dict the different directional elastic modulus, thermal expansion coefficient and the effects of temperature on thermal expansion coefficient, which could help us to predict mechanical properties of C/C weave composite based on numerical analysis.
