摘 要:以中低品位氧化锌矿和工业级硫酸铵为原料,采用硫酸铵焙烧法提取氧化矿中的锌,通过正交实验研究了常压下硫铵焙烧氧化锌矿过程中焙烧温度、焙烧时间、铵矿比对Zn2+提取率的影响,通过SEM、XRD等分析手段,得出-200目的氧化锌矿在铵矿比n=1.4、焙烧温度425℃、焙烧时间90min的条件下,Zn2+提取率可达92%。同时,探讨了溶出温度、溶出时间、搅拌强度、液固比对Zn2+提取率的影响,得到了溶出过程的最佳工艺参数:溶出温度90℃、溶出时间60min、搅拌强度400r/min、液固比4∶1。锌以可溶盐的形式富集在提取液中,而硅、铅、锶等元素富集在渣中,实现了锌与硅、铅、锶的分离。Employing low grade zinc oxide ore and industrial ammonium sulfate as raw materials, Zn2+ was ex tracted from low grade zinc oxide ore by the method of sulphating roasting. The optimum technological conditions, which could guarantee an extraction ratio as high as 92%, were figured out through orthogonal experiment L9 (34 ) and with the aid of SEM,XRD to be: molar ratio of.ammonium to-ore 1.4, reaction temperature 425℃ and reaction time 90min. The influences of dissolving temperature and time, agitating speed, and the ratio of liquid to solid on the ex- traction rate of zinc during dissolving were also discussed. The optimum technological conditions for dissolving were obtained as temperature of 90℃, time of 60min, ratio of liquid to solid of 4 : 1 and agitation speed of 400r/min. Zinc was dissolved in the solution, and silicon, lead, strontium were enriched in the residue.
