摘 要:对聚酯与聚乳酸共混体系的相容性及熔体流变性能进行了研究。首先制备不同比例的PET/PLA共混体系,并利用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)研究共混体系的相容性,发现m(PLA)/m(PET)在20%以内时相容性较好。而后利用毛细管流变仪研究了不同温度、不同剪切速率下共混体系的熔体流变性能,发现随PLA含量的增大,非牛顿指数先增加后减小,且在m(PLA)/m(PET)=10%时出现极大值;黏流活化能则随PLA含量的增大而降低;另外当m(PLA)/m(PET)=10%时的共混体系可纺性较好。The compatibility and melt rheological properties of PET and PLA blends were studied. In particu- lar, the compatibility of PET and PLA was fully investigated using DSC, and the melt rheological properties was ana- lyzed by capillary rheometer at different temperatures and shear rates. The results show that firstly, PET and PLA possess compatibility to a certain extent, especially as the rn(PLA)/m(PET) is lower than 20%. Secondly, the non- Newtonian index first increases with the increasing PLA content and then decreases, and the maximum appears when m(PLA)/rn(PET)- 10%. The viscous flow activation energy decreases with the increasing PLA content in the blends. Thirdly, when m(PLA)/m(PET)=10%, the blends have better spinnability.
