摘 要:在共格错配系统中,基体和析出相之间的弹性应力会对系统的微观组织结构和粗化过程产生显著影响。采用相场法模拟了三粒子系统的粗化过程,着重探讨了析出相粒子的相对位置和有序结构对其形貌和粗化过程的影响。模拟结果发现,改变析出相粒子的相对位置,粒子的粗化行为会发生变化。如果粒子沿着弹性软方向排列,其中的小粒子就可能发生反向粗化,反向粗化的驱动力是系统弹性能的降低。处于反相态的有序粒子相互接触时不会发生合并,粒子会沿着弹性软方向排列成链条状组织。此外,在两粒子系统中,即使粒子的面积相差较大,小粒子也可能发生反向粗化。Elastic stress generated by a misfit between a cal evolution in the coarsening of a two-phase coherent system. particle and matrix has strong influence on morphologi- The influence of relative locations and domain states of particles on microstructural evolution in the coarsening of a coherent system was investigated by phase field model, and the mechanism of inverse coarsening was analyzed. When the particles locate along the elastically soft direction, the small particle among these particles may experience inverse coarsening to reduce the total elastic energy of the system. Particles with different ordered domains, which do not incorporate due to the antiphase domain boundaries, will align along the elastically soft direction gradually during the coarsening. In addition, inverse coarsening in a two-particle system, where the larger particle is two times as large as the smaller one, was also observed.
